Tabitha Jean Rutledge

Tabitha was a kind and gentle person who will be truly missed. I will always remember the fond childhood memories that we shared. One memory that particularly stands out is when we were in the 5th grade at Powderly Elementary School, Tabitha started a campaign to write from one to one million in a notebook.
