I worked with Tad for a while. He had tons of interesting stories to tell but I think I loved his sense of humor most of all. I am deeply sorry for your loss and regret not staying in touch with him.

I never met Tad in person, but I will always remember our interactions on comp.lang.perl.misc fondly. He helped me with my first Perl script, and got me hooked, and I am very thankful for that. He was brilliant, helpful, and an all around good guy. May he rest in peace.

I met Tad many times at DFW Perl meetings. He was always a joy to have discussions with. He will be missed.

Tad's been with me at Stonehenge since 1999, and in the Perl community for even longer. He was a straight-up guy, good with people, smart, and a hard worker. 55 was far too young for him to check out. I miss him already.
