Was sorry to read this morning that Tage had passed away. I remember him when I was a boy growing up at Turkeyfoot Lake and Tage was the cheif at the Riviera. What a great cheif and what a special person.

I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I have known Tage for 18 years and spoke with him at some length on Sunday March 6th. He went into good bit of detail with me about his days as a chef at Yanko's and the days at Portage Lakes. The topic turned to the present about a mutual friend who is struggling.
