Send FlowersTakako Nagai passed away Feb. 25th, 1 month shy of her 90th birthday. Takako was born on 3/25/1927 in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She came to the U.S. in 1950. Takako Nagai was kind, generous, witty and a very sharp dresser. She liked to laugh and had a great sense of humor. She came from a wealthy and respected family in Japan (Yamamoto,) but she chose to come to America on her own in the 1950s when she was in her early twenties. A remarkable woman! I feel badly that I didnt visit her since last summer. God bless Takako and her late husband, Willie Nagai.
