Tam In, 89, former Prime Minister of Cambodia, passed away on April 1, 2006. He was born in Kampong-Cham, Cambodia on September 22, 1916. His surviving family includes his wife, Tat In; 1 daughter; 3 sons; 5 grandsons; 11 granddaughters; 7 great- grandsons; and 10 great-granddaughters. Loc Pa was not only a great man and leader but also a hero to his grandchildren. He did so much to instill the meaning of value and the importance of culture and family. He has left us with so many fond memories. He took us trick or treating but instead of walking with us, he followed us in his truck. He provided us with little chalkboards and tried to teach us how to read and write Cambodian. He taught us how to play various musical instruments and even labeled the keys for easier...

"This world is not my home I am just passing by." So let us live with a purpose,help and encourage one another. Goodbye to a man who love his country and his family so much. Rest in peace Loc Ta In Tam.
