TAMMY RAE BELLOWS, 50, of Traverse City, died unexpectedly at her home.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Sept. 18, at 11 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, at the Salvation Army.

The family is being served by the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home, Traverse City.
