Tammy passed away in August 2018. Tammy was a resident of Scranton, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Born in Jersey City, N.J., daughter of the late Elizabeth Fox, she was a graduate of Scranton High School and Lackawanna College. A funeral service will be held Monday at 7 p.m. in the Thomas J.
