Tammy Honaker

     Tammy Blackburn Honaker passed away on Sunday June 14, 2020 following her longtime struggle with diabetes. Tammy was born on February 3, 1966 in Kansas, OH the daughter of the late Clarence Blackburn and Arlene Blackburn of Williamson, WV. Along with her father, Tammy was preceded in death by her brother, Tim Blackburn, who she will be buried beside of. Tammy was a quick-witted, talented crafter and an excellent deal shopper.  She was a kind, generous woman who always put others before herself and she loved her cats.
     Including her mother she is survived by her loving, devoted husband of 34 years, Benny Honaker; two daughters, Tiffany N. Honaker and Brittany Honaker both of Canada, KY; her four siblings, Ricky (Linda) Blackburn of Langsville, OH, Rita (David) Yost of Fostoria, OH, Tiny (Carla) Blackburn of Canada, KY and Tena (Mario) Pensenti of Hobe Sound, FL.; her nieces, Nikki Blackburn, Andrea Pensenti, Crystal Blackburn and her nephew, Alex Blackburn. Tammy also leaves behind her two great nephews, Max, and Axle Blackburn.
     Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, evening from 6-9 PM at R.E. Rogers Funeral Home chapel. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2020 beginning at 11 AM at the funeral home with Larry Blackburn officiating. Burial will take place on Friday at 11 AM at the Kansas Cemetery Kansas, OH with Tammy's friends and family serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to help with funeral expenses. R.E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry, KY is serving the Honaker family.
