Tammy Renee Meadows

Mrs. Tammy Renee Meadows was born August 20, 1972 in Blytheville, Arkansas to Willie Hayward and Arthur Finch. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal Faith.

Mrs. Meadows departed this life on August 7, 2016 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas at the age of 43.

She is preceded in death by grandmother: Mary Hayward and one brother: Willie Hayward Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her parents: Willie Hayward of Los Angeles, California and Arthur Finch of Blytheville, Arkansas, her husband: David Meadows of Blytheville, Arkansas, three sons: David Meadows Jr., Delvin Meadows and Dewayne Meadows all of Blytheville, Arkansas, one daughter: Terrika Meadows of Jonesboro, Arkansas, one brother: Gary Hayward of Blytheville, Arkansas, one sister: Carolyn Jackson of Blytheville, Arkansas, and two grandchildren: Da'Yonna Meadows and Da'Janek Meadows both of Blytheville, Arkansas.

The visitation will be Saturday, August 13, 2016 from 9-10am at Wilson Funeral Home with the funeral following at 10:00am with Bro. Trent Hampton officiating. The burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
