Family and friends will meet at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, for the funeral procession to St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine for interment. Born May 31, 1971, in Elk Grove Village, she died Sunday, July 17, 2005, at home. Tammy was the beloved wife of Joe Dutton; loving mother of the late Ashley; beloved daughter of Thomas Sr. and Cher Yeager; loving sister of Jayson and the late Tommy Jr.; sister-in-law of Kirsten Yeager; dear granddaughter of Rosemary and Frank Yeager, and the late Edward Sr. and Lois Condon; loving niece of Chuck and Kelly Condon, Lois and Hugh Fogle, Ed Condon Jr., Walt Condon, Robert Condon, and Steve and Frank Yeager; beloved cousin of Chuck and Jessica Condon, Erica Condon, Nick Condon, Matthew Yeager, Jeffrey Yeager, Michelle Yeager, Alisa Yeager, Joshua Condon and Noah Condon.
