Not sure what to say?

I was just thinking about my father Fred E. Brown, and my childhood and those whom he was connected to and I though about Tannis and her dad Paul. Me and my sister Felicia used to have so much fun visiting them in Napa, learning about bees and honey. I often thought I'd track her down and did today but am so sorry that she passed away, in 2019, before I could connect with her. Wow! I miss the fun we had as kids playing around when we were together.

i have known tannis since she was a little girl.and it comes as a great shock to me she has passed away.it has been 40 years or more since i last spoke to her are her mother .a friend forever randy parish

You were an incredible instructor and I enjoyed your class and enthusiasm. Thank you for introducing me to Gruner. May all your incredible spirit remain in the hearts you've touched.

The summer Tannis went on the CCSF Study Abroad session to Oaxaca, Mexico, Tannis had researched and arranged for several sessions with an authentic Oaxacan chef. Several students were on the month-long trip because of Tannis and this special, additional experience with the cuisine of Oaxaca. Our CCSF program had some Mexican cooking workshops, but it focused on Spanish language acquisition. Tannis made those weeks in Oaxaca really special and unforgettable.
My condolences to her loved...

Tannis was my colleague at CCSF for decades. Her reassuring smile and tenacity in the face of adversity will always live with me.

Rest in Peace, Tannis.

I did not know Tannis but have worked with Darwin at the CPUC. Darwin's love and care for his beautiful wife was always evident. Sending heartfelt condolences and prayers to the family during this untimely loss.
