Tashi A. Reigle

Tashi was an _incredibly_ smart guy and I remember pulling all nighters in the GV computer lab working on our class networking projects. A joke he made about deprecating code he wrote just hours before still comes to mind often. In his spare time he worked on a super-performant Tetris implementation, among other projects. He had esoteric knowledge of music, tastes uncommon in West Michigan (I remember him enthusiastically describing his favorite Ethopian food spot), and was always smiling....

Tashi was a great bicycling partner and a willing friend who I could call on at late notice to help me out. He was a very giving human and will be missed by many.

A kind gentle soul has moved on to a better place...I knew Tashi in a work environment years ago...and even back then he was an asset with his positivity and humor...what will I remember? A dinner we had at work where the two vegans ate together to avoid the ribbing from the "carnivores". Rest in peace Tashi! You will be missed.

Tashi's affective presence had a welcomed effect on others. I knew him mostly through our shared work environment. Recognized as being smart and talented, it was his persona we will miss most. I can positively state his colleagues were more likely to smile and/or laugh just with Tashi being present. We miss him.
