Not sure what to say?

Ted,and BJ,were very big hearted people,I count the times working on Teds cars with Bob Knox, and he,as a true privilege, and Ted and BJ as a couple were pretty awesome,godspeed.....y

We are so sorry to hear about Ted. We knew him and BJ from Faith UM Church. I spent a lot of time with him in the spring and summer working with him on his property. We had a lot of fun"working". BJ bought me for a birthday present for Ted to help out on doing yard chores. It turned out to last several years and we became good friends. We will miss "BOSS MAN". Our hearts are saddened at this news but we are forever grateful to have known Ted & BJ.

So sad to read of Ted's death. BJ and I became best friends in the 7th grade and on thru hi school at Jeff. I remember Ted's "courtship", and their love of cars. We remained friends into adulthood, both naming our sons Randy. They were especially kind to me when my first marriage ended, and so happy when my second marriage occurred. Condolences to Diane, Randy, and Jodi.

Both BJ and Ted are in my thoughts and prayers. I am truly sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear about your dad’s death, Randy, and the rest of the Bateman family. Your dad seems to have led an amazing life. I see now where you got your love of your old Mustang, Randy.

Seventy years ago Ted recruited me to be his catcher on the Upper Sandy Merchants. I believe I still of a photo of the two of us on his front porch in our uniforms. Good times!!

What a beautiful man. We love and miss him.
