Not sure what to say?

Ted was the best boss anyone could ever have. People grew under him like strong trees. May God bless and keep him and his family always. Ted Fields 10/28/25

I worked for Ted directly or indirectly for 15 years ay First Union/Wachovia. He's one of the finest and greatest men I've ever known. How blessed was everyone who knew him. To his family, know that we have not forgotten him and never will. May God continue to bless you and us all with loved ones like Ted, and may Ted make every friend possible up there in heaven where we're certain he is. Blessings always! Ted Fields 5/24/2021

I just now came across Ted's obituary and I am heartbroken. We were friends at UNC-CH. He was a great guy, always kind to everyone, had a great smile and an easy laugh. I will never forget him. I will always miss him. RIP my friend. The LORD make His face to ever shine upon you.

Donna, Brandy, and Keeley,

We were so saddened to hear about Ted's sudden death, and so sorry that we were unable to be there with you all. We have been thinking of you and praying for all of you over the last several weeks. What a joy and a privilege to have known such a wonderful and caring husband, father, and friend. He will be missed by all of us who knew and loved him. May God be your strength and comfort in the days ahead. We love you.

To Ted's Family: I was greatly saddened to learn of Ted's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I will always remember his fairness, sense of humor and concern for his fellow employee.

Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore! 1Chronicles 16:11 With sincere condolence.

Donna and Girls,
Please know that our prayers and thoughts are with you. We will always remember the great times we had with you and Ted while you were in North Wilkesboro. I can still see Ted coming up the stairs the first day when we hired him. We all hit it off instantly and from that day we created many memories to be cherished. God Bless...

Please know that the thoughts and prayers of LaVerne, Greg and Justin are with all of you at this time. Hold on to your faith. It is that faith that will get you through.

Donna, Brandy and Keeley,
The loss, through death, of a husband or father leaves such a hole in our lives and from reading the loving tributes in this guest book, it is clear to see that the hole left by Teddy is HUGE! I am so sorry for your loss. It sounds as if he lived large...good for him...good for those around him. I am his older cousin, formerly of Keuka Lake in New York. Our families spent every one of our early Christmas vacations together and in hearing of Teddy's death, I...
