Ted Roland Dority

I have a lot of good memories running with Ted. He was a good person and a good friend.

Mr. Ted was a close friend to my dad. I grew-up knowing him. Most people would not know that my dad had a small, independent tire shop just about a mile down from Dority's Gulf. Even though Mr. Ted had tires to sell and he sold a lot of tires, he would still recommend my dad's business "Don's Tire Service" to others. My dad and Ted used to fish together. Fowl River was the favorite destination. They had quite a few stories to tell, as fisherman do! Those were special times.

Dear Nita and family,
So sorry to hear about Ted. I will always remember the great times we had running together and with Earl Worth. I am sure they are both running together in heaven. Everyone who knew him will miss him. God bless.

So saddened to hear of Ted's passing. What a great friend he was to my Daddy, Bill Pike and a wonderful role model for my brother Derek. Lots of wonderful memories made fishing...hope they are doing that very thing now! My prayers are with you all!
