Not sure what to say?

Ted was a most incredible and wonderful human being. He was also a really great doctor. I feel about the privilege of having your own him Richard Jay DuCharme M.D.(r.e.t.d.)

Barbara & Family,
We were never fortunate enough to meet you in Colorado Springs, but we were very fortunate to share some quality time with Ted in Sarasota June 08. It was for the passing of Ted and Todd's father and although they were only half brothers there was tremendous love and respect for each other. What was a very sad occasion was also joyful in some ways too. Ted was very eloquent and a great story teller and over 4 days filled us in on all his beloved family members - so we...

Dr. Lewis's Grandmother and My Grandfather were Brother
and Sister. It took several e-mail telling me of his passing
to remind me of my childhood and the fact we were related.
My condolences to his wife and children.

I am the daughter of the woman who in 2007 was diagnosed with Interstitial Pulmonary Disease. I thank God she spoke with Dr. Lewis. He gave her hope and courage to pursue treatment and find more specialists and get other opinions. His encouragement lit a spark in her that has not dimmed. Thanks for giving us back our mother, Dr. Lewis. And we send our condolences to all his family and loved ones.

Barbara and Family- We think often of our friends in Colorado(usually in conjunction with one of Lisa's injuries). Our thoughts are warm and bright of a loving family who opened their home to us on numerous occasions. I will remember Ted as an example of how to be a doctor- he cared for his patient, not just their disease. He's an inspiration from which I draw regularly. I will miss him.
Our prayers are with you all
Chris, Lisa and Anna Sward
