Dear Pam - Ted was such a dear, and you were such a caring and devoted wife. I know it's trite, but he is truly in a better place. It was a rough and challenging road at the end, and so hard on you to watch. What a marvelous life he had, and I only knew him for a brief part of it. Love to you and your family.

Pam... I am so very sorry to hear of Ted's passing. Ever since we flew to Louisville and he removed my tonsils in the 60's - I have been in awe of him. Please know my heart aches for you and will hug you in my prayers.
