Not sure what to say?

My father, Eskil Ferm, visited Ted and the family in 1967, when they were still in Enfield. Eskil, who was the major of Ronneby, Sweden, came back glowing from the kind reception as well as the dynamism of the city management of Enfield. I also had the opportunity to meet Ted and his family several times (hello, Dave!). Ted was a very good man. I am sorry to learn about his passing. Hans Ferm

Ted was on the Board of the American Society for Public Administration when I was. His sense of humor and timing lent itself to getting things done especially in the advancement of equality for women in the profession. He was a dear friend back then and I am sorry to hear of his loss.

Ted and Rosemary and we began our memories together, as they lived next door in Park Forest, IL, where we still live. Ted was village manager, moving on to a bigger job in Wisconsin. Rosemary in those early years was my best friend - and I kept up with Ted after her sad passing. They were the most wonderful couple - no one could not love TED! Even after all these years, our memories of them are so clear! Our condolences.

I was so sorry to see this notice. Mr. Tedesco always had a smile and a twinkle in his eye. My deepest sympathies to Lisa, her brothers and the entire family. What a wonderful life he lived!
