Jackie and family - I worked with Ted years ago when you provided training and support to help people get jobs and move their lives forward. I learned so much from Ted - clients could never fool him into giving undeserved sympathy, but could also count on him for deep empathy. I'm so sorry for your loss and so grateful that he helped so many people over the years.
