Teddy Wayne Farley, age 56, passed away of heart complications Wednesday morning, April 3, 2013 at the University of Michigan hospital in Ann Arbor. He was born on May 16, 1956 in Pike County, Kentucky to James and Pauline Farley. Teddy is survived by his mother Pauline Farley of Ypsilanti, Michigan, brother Walter (Sue) Farley of Knoxville, Tennessee, sister Jodi (Michael) Shingledecker of Ypsilanti, brother Jim Farley of Ypsilanti, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father James Walter Farley in February 1977. Family and friends will gather at Stark Funeral Home (101 South Washington Street, Ypsilanti) on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. followed by a procession to the graveside service at Highland Cemetery (943 North River Street) in Ypsilanti. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
Mrs. Farley, I am so sorry to hear of Teddy's passing. His pain and suffering is now over. I will always remember him as the boy I walked down the aisle with in Jodi's wedding.
