While working with Sgt Williams, he always knew how to make us laugh and would always watch out for us. He was Sgt on my shift and remembering him always helping us out! He was an awesome person and my thoughts and prayers are with his family. God bless you all.

Officer Williams is in a better place now. I remember him from working with him at Mesa Verde. He was a hell of a officer. Williams you will be missed but it was god's will to call you home. God bless!!

I worked with Teddy out at the Taft Correctional Institution. We signed on at the same time and went through our training together. He should be remembered as a great person that always made his presence known. I enjoyed the time we worked together and I will honor his memory with the times we spent laughing while getting to know each-other. He will be missed and my thoughts are with his family...peace be with you Teddy. -B. Weiting

I would like to give my condolences to this entire family. He was such a young person and it's sad that he will not be present for the birth of his newborn. My prayers are with you and I hope the newborn will fill the missing gap T-Bear has left.
