Tempie's Mother went home to be with the Lord back in December 2021, making it to 100 years old. Tempie and her mother are now reunited. https://www.clarkfc.com/obituary/pastor-turner

God Speed Mrs. McConnell! I spent 3 years of my high school career at Roger's High School. She taught me a great deal and had a sincere wonderful heart.

Trusting God and taking comfort in the fact that the Body of Christ and so many of it's members who knew, loved and cherished Tempie, are sending up many prayers for you. Also, thanking God greatly that He is "true to His word" and that "all of His promises" to care for us in our time of loss and need are "yes and amen." --I am also continuously praying for you ....

Our sincere condolence to Judge McConnell and family. We are deeply saddened. We will forever keep in our memory, her cheerful smile, soft talks and comforting words. A woman of strong faith and good character worthy to emulate. We will forever miss her. May she rest in perfect peace.

We were very saddened to hear that Tempie has departed this earth and was on her way to the bosom of God. She was a woman of good character and someone whom you want to emulate. We will miss her beautiful smile, gentle talks, and her comforting words. May she rest in perfect peace. Allen, we mourn with you and your family.

It was a privilege to work with Mrs. McConnell and I was honored to call her my friend. She exemplified the virtues of a true Christian in all of her interactions and her class, style and subtle humor made difficult days at work much more bearable. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this most difficult time of loss. May the family find comfort in knowing that her legacy will forever be a part of the fabric of the Toledo community. A consummate professional, a role model...

To Karyn and the entire McConnell family, my memories of your beloved will always be cherished. I pray that God strengthen and keep you both now and forever.
