Tena Born

Aunt Tena was a great women. We are praying for you all daily and we rejoice in the fact that she is now living with our heavenly father.

Tena is the oldest sister of my father, who passed away already three years ago. We hold dear memories of our holiday visits to the States. We loved being with our aunt Tena and Uncle Douwe. My father always said he was most at home when he was at his sisters house. We hope she will rest in peace and that they find each other in heaven. She will be missed. Tena was my oldest sister and also in my youngest years my second mother. She washed us every saturday in the tube. The first time we came over to see her she told everyone:This is my baby-sister.
