Read MoreTeobaldo was my uncle by marriage, I've known him since 1978, and I had a good relationship with him, and found him to be a good person to know, I am glad that I had the chance to know him, and to help him in a small capacity, when he first arrived in the US. My condolences to my cousins, his children, I can only say sorry.
