Tera was a miracle for us. Her mother, Bonnie, and Tera's father were childless for 12 years. At this time, I was the pastor of the church they were part of. Our Bishop, James Gaines, wanted to join us in prayer and annoint Bonnie, believing that God would grant a child to them.
