Another one of our "brown shirt" brothers has been called to duty in the heavens. Thank you for your many years of friendship. You have fought the battle well my friend and it is now your time to rest in best. God Bless.

To the Haskins Family,

Take comfort in knowing that Terry touched so many of our lives. I worked with him in patrol as well as the Motor Unit. He was respected and well thought of. I admired Terry and will forever remember his leadership and kindness.

TERRY time has past, you and I met in 1970 after you came to the FLPD from Pennsylvania State Trooper's. We were assigned to work together and became very close friends. So close that when we weren't at work we and our families were together. We became 'MUT & JEFF' by reputation. In my 45 years of law enforcement, i have worked with many but none as good as you. You had such an instinct for police work and you always had my back. You were loved by everyone and had such a contagious...

Terry Haskins was a mans man. A gentleman who never put down others to make himself look good. Friendly, courteous, professional and always took care of his guys. He was my first Supervisor in the Traffic Homicide Unit in 1991. He made one heck of an impression on me. He left a legacy to be proud of. My deepest sympathies to his family.

Our deepest sympathy to the Haskins family

The Al Brown Family

Although we never met, I have gotten to know your daughter Debbie through work. She is a bright, caring, wonderful person. I know she has gotten those traits from you and you should be proud to have produced a daughter like her. I am sure she will continue to make you proud. My thoughts are with the family at this time.

A life time of service giving of your self to family and community will never be forgotten Sargent Terence Haskins.Your resume' of service speaks volumes of you as an unselfish "Hero" of justice and order! May the God of all comfort sustain your beloved family, friends and associates during this time of bereavement and beyond!
