Not sure what to say?

I am sending my deepest condolences to Terry's family. He was the "sweetheart of the newsroom" and I was so fortunate to be able to work with him. He was such a great reporter and had an astonishing knowledge of so many subjects. You could count on his calm demeanor and quick humor to help make things right when they didn't go according to plan. With his experience, he taught me about covering the daily news but with his wisdom, he taught lessons in life.

My sincere condolences to the Moore family. Teresa and Patricia, your dad was so well loved by so many. God bless your family.

I feel so lucky to have worked with Terry at KOLR in the 1980s. He was the veteran reporter who had seen it all and he was most kind to the rookies who were learning the ropes! I still remember his infectious laugh and his ability to never get rattled, even in face of the crazy deadlines of tv news. I was unable to attend the service today but you and your family are in my thoughts.

My heartfelt condolences to Terry's family, especially you Virginia. I was lucky enough to work with Terry for six years. He was one of the nicest people in the world. No matter the frustration at times (which is probably inevitable in the world of gathering news), he would simply put his head down and get the news out--with a smile on his face. He was kind to everyone and loved by all of the viewers. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.

My concolences to the Moore household.

I moved to Spfd in the early "70s and got a job at KTTS radio (just before the MOR to Country format switch.) Feeling somewhat unsure about the new community, the job, etc... I was a bit nervous. Then, wonderful Terry strolled into the station. We shared an office and were friends from then onward. He was a gentleman, fun and so very kind. (I look at his photo here and I can still hear his voice in my mind...) This was a man who was cherished by...

I was richly blessed to know, work with and learn from Terry. I never would have made the transition from radio to television news at KOLR-TV without the grace of God and Terry. He was one of the kindest, helpful and patient people I have ever known. He was one of the best reporters and anchors I have ever had the privilege of working with. I will miss you deeply Terry. Thank you for all you did for me. God bless you.
