Not sure what to say?

Terry allowed me to stay with his Mom, Mildred, on the South Hill to return to school at Ewu in Cheney around 2009. He treated me like a family member, with dignity and respect. I will always remember the way he and his family treated me, got me back on my feet and strongly support me through school. Terry was a strong, dignified and compassionate human being. He is a cherished classic and should always be treated as such. Thanks for the memories! Jesse Butcher

I knew Terry in our capacity as trial lawyers. He was honest, amicable and capable. Although we competed, we shared stories of our family life and it was clear he was devoted and engaged. I regret that I and my wife were out of town when his memorial was held.

Terry Whitten devoted his professional life to Lukins & Annis. Terry served as a partner and President of our law firm for decades. I had the great fortune to work for and with Terry from the start of my career - Terry was a mentor and friend to me and hundreds of lawyers in his long tenure at our firm. Terry exemplified a life well lived as a devoted family man, a great lawyer and loyal friend. I (and our law firm) will miss Terry but ever grateful for his years of leadership. ...

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Terry for 42 years. He was not only a great attorney, he was a friend...so very kind and compassionate. He will be greatly missed.

Terry was a not only a valued and respected partner in our law firm, but a treasured friend as well. Am happy though that Terry found happiness after Margie's tragic and untimely passing. I will miss him.
