Funeral for Teresa Ann Fowler Dexter, 51, of Decatur will be today, December 11, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bob Cyphers and the Rev. Dr. Doug Ripley officiating. The family will receive friends for two hour prior to service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Dexter, who died Thursday, December 9, 2010, at Huntsville Hospital, was born December 26, 1958, in Michigan to Herman Fowler and Flora Lewis Fowler. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tiffany Renee Dexter; and one sister, Deborah Thalgott.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Charles Dexter; one daughter, Kristin Hope Dexter of Decatur; her mother, Flora Fowler of Decatur; one brother, Michael Allen Fowler of Bellview, Fla.; and three sisters, Darlene Hill of Decatur, Linda Wrigley of Silver Springs, Fla., and Lori Parks of Oxford, Fla.

Pallbearers will be Josh Lindsey, Terry Lindsey, Daniel Lindsey, Gill White, Billy Parker and Mark Bergerson.
