Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Dunbar and Harry,
I too was a classmate of Teresa's at Bret Harte. I remember how fun and funny she was. I have thought of her and Carol Winfrey often since those days but had no way of contacting her. When everyone else went on to Kenwood, I went to Chicago Latin and we lost touch. My deepest sympathies to your family. I only knew her for two years but she was such a blessing.

Dear Mrs. Dunbar and Harry,

I don't know if you remember me, but Teresa was my very first best friend in kindergarten at Hookway. I will never forget that day when we first met--writing her phone number down in crayon while we were playing the triangles, and hurrying home to call my new friend. Dear Ms. Dunbar and Harry,
As Kathie Evans said, you probably don't remember me either but Theresa and I were extremely close. We had so many fun filled days at Bret Harte, bowling and at sleep overs at your home.
I as well tried to find Theresa on the Internet as I have been in Atlanta since graduate school.
Please accept my sincere condolences.

Sincerely,

Sherisse McLaurin

Dear Ms. Dunbar and Harry,

I have thought of her fondly over the years remembering our dissection of the fetal pig – I'll never forget the smell of the formaldehyde, your pet rabbit, making my first homemade pizza at your house, the cute neighborhood boys with the mopeds, and the many lunches Theresa, Sherise McLaurin, Karen Cross and I spent at the Museum of Science and...

To the family, we've never met, but please accept my deepest sympathies for your loss. Whenever we lose a loved one in death it is too soon. I'm sure you will take comfort in your loving memories. Please be assured that our heavenly Father is also there to comfort you during this difficult time. (2 Cor. 1:3,4). Sincerely
