I had the great pleasure of being Teresa Forte's Godchild. I feel so blessed that my parents chose such a wonderful woman. From the minute I was baptized when she held me in her arms to now almost 40 years old, she always made me feel extremely special. We corresponded through letters several times every year, she attended my wedding, I attended her 85th birthday party. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have had her in my life. I will miss her dearly.

When I saw this obituary I was so sad. Theresa and her late husband Louis were such dear friends on my parents. Theresa would hang with my mom at our Deli. My deepest sympathies to her family.
