Not sure what to say?

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Ms. Mimi last year. I visited her with her daughter Sam. I had the fond memory of witnessing a fiesty lady who was still full of spunk and fire. Upon being asked to do something that she refused to do...She pulled herself up on the bed, crossed her arms together, folded her lips together tightly and re-stated in case we didn't hear it the first time...NO!!! (A me and Sam insider)!! My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.

Because I lost my mother at such a young age~ I developed a keen sense of relationships with women~ my girlfriends, sometimes their mothers, women that I fortunate to work with and then my friends and their mothers! I have been so blessed to have hadso many women have such a positive influence on my life!! It is true that we should be thankful for the people that come into our lives~ whether it is their coming or their going ~ and for what we learned from the experience~ positive or negative....

Mimi enjoyed her journey on
Earth! Blessed are those who knew her.

Samantha and Scott, Our deepest condolences. My memories of Mimi will always be of her laughter and love of life. She always lit the room up and was a very special friend. She is deeply missed.

Samantha, Scott and all, we send you all of our love, support, and prayers. Mimi was such a special woman, and we know your hearts are saddened by your loss. But she left you all a legacy of love, warmth, individualism, and incredible strength. There will never be another Mimi, but remember she will live on through you....Sending giant hugs and kisses to you all.

She will be sorely missed and fondly remembered. I feel as if she was a part of my family too.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
