Not sure what to say?

I was just cleaning out some old files today and came across a letter Teresa wrote to me in May of 2015. She selected me to star in a customer service training video for flight attendants, and awarded me with a SWA hospitality pin. I will cherish this letter forever. Teresa was such an inspiration. I still miss her. I pray that her family is doing well and that they are truly blessed.

Teresa was one of my first swim coaches at the Plano YMCA. She lived up the street from me and I always looked up to her. I loved her so much even though we weren't always in touch. My heart goes out to your family. May she rest in peace!

Cat, Heather and Brad, you are in our thoughts and prayers. Teresa was an amazing employee for Southwest Airlines, but so much more than that. We remember weekly play dates between each others houses, picnics in the parks, yearly trips to South Padre Island and so much more. Her laughter was infectious and she will truly be missed. She will be forever in our hearts.

Teresa was an outstanding person. When she bought a unit at the Athena, I could see how she had everything going for her. She was beautiful inside and out, quite personable, very bright, and a person of good values. I was hoping that she would serve on the Athena Board at some point. I did not have the opportunity to meet her daughters, but I knew from my conversations with Teresa that she loved them deeply. She made the world a better place. I am sad to know that she is no longer here on...

For a time while I was employed by Southwest Airlines, Teresa was my manager at the DAL station. Her unique blend of talent, sincerity, and humility fostered nothing but undeniable respect and admiration. I remember her tenure with great fondness. My sincerest condolences to all that knew and loved her.
