I saw Dr. Sievers' story on television. She was a beautiful woman that gave so much to her patients and community. I wish that I could have been her patient. What a bright light she was that was dimmed to soon. I felt so bereft after seeing her story. May her family and friends find peace in knowing just how many people were touched by her. Rest in peace Dr. Teresa Sievers, the world is sadder without you.

My sincere condolences to the family. Losing a loved one is so difficult to bear. As you cherish the memories in the days ahead, may you be comforted by the promise found at 2 Kings 20:5, "I have heard your prayer. I have seen your tears. I am healing you."
