Borkovec, Terre M.D. Left this world on August 6, 2013. Sister of Lorre (the late Thomas) Inda, Emilee (Troy) Merrell, and Mark (Kelly) Borkovec. Aunt of Claire and Tommy Inda; Liz, Becky, Matt, Kat, Kayla, Kenzie, and Mitch Borkovec. Preceded in death by her soulmate Dennis Sobczak M.D., her parents Julia and Clarence Borkovec, and her brother John (Susan) Borkovec M.D. Longtime friend and colleague of Grace Janik M.D. and honored to have practiced with Jonathan Berkoff M.D., Sandra Earle M.D., and the late Harold Borkowf M.D. As a busy obstetrician at St. Mary's Hospital, Terre wanted to express her appreciation for the kind, seasoned nurses who have cared for her patients, her crew in the office that have always gone above and beyond, and to her patients for their faith and support. "It has been my privilege and pleasure to care for and share in my patients lives. I would like to thank you for all the letters and tokens of support and compassion while I have been getting chemo. I cannot tell you how much that has meant to me." Visitation will take place on Saturday, August 10, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Feerick Funeral Home. A continued celebration will take place following the visitation at the Milwaukee Yacht Club. In lieu of flowers, Terre would appreciate memorials be made to Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Office of Gift Planning, 434 West 33rd Street, New York, New York 10001, www.plannedparenthood.com/donate.
Dr. Borkovec was my Doctor during my formative years and she was amazing. I will remember her fondly for the rest of my life. She has my deepest respect.

Every year on this anniversary I reminisce about Terre and the fact that we will be forever grateful to her for our family. Thank you Terre, you were an amazing doctor and friend!
