Dad - It has been three months since you went home. It still is not any easier on us. I really miss our special times we had talking and that VERY SPECIAL LOOK you gave me too. You were our rock however you deserve to be pain free. Thanks for sharing all of your stories (your life) with me I always had time to listen to your Navy Days.
I LOVE YOU VERY MUCH!

Livermore lost one of it's finest citizens with the death of Terrell Givens. Terry will be remembered in the hearts of many. His children are a testament to him and Iris. Good people are not created by chance. God Bless Terry and his Family.

What can one say at a time like this.
Now is when we say things we should have told them when they were here. I regret not doing this with you.
I've always called you my adpoted Dad. I had so much respect for you. You were a man of integrity. You were loved by all.
You may be gone but you will NEVER be forgotten.
Go in Peace
I will always remember you.
Penny(your adopted daughter)

I had a wonderful chat with him, talking about those days, and how he made his way after the war, starting his business and raising a family. What a great guy! Someone who fought for his country, helped build Livermore, and left a truly positive legacy. He really was a founding member of the Greatest Generation. Hats...
