Celeste, Terry and Joann-I was so very sad to hear of Terrell's passing-my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. What a wonderful man, he will be missed by all.

Senator Starr was a gentleman and a statesman. I am honored to have known him. With his kind words, gentle smile and determined spirit, he led our community. Not only was Senator Starr an excellent human being, he was also a joy to be around. He always had a smile and was ready to help. My deepest sympathy to the Starr family.
