COOK TERRENCE LAMARR COOK JR. is survived by his loving mother Corinthia Butler and father Terrence L. Cook Sr. Memorial service will be on Thursday, July 31, 2014, 3:30 p.m. at THE CALHOUN FUNERAL HOME, 17010 LAKESHORE BLVD. 44110, where family will receive friends one half hour prior to service.

My heart is saddened by the loss of such a loving, caring, fun young man. Watching him grow up w my siblings, we all chilled many of days and nights on the porch...having a good time. The last day I saw Terrence I was in the worst mood...not even wanting to speak but just as he is he came to my car "what's up big sis?" we talked for a few and he walked off into the evening just as he always do.
