Ter was truly one of a kind. At the V8 monthly lunches, his name is often at the forefront for some great memories.

Ter was one of a kind. He could disarm any situation when things became tense. Usually with a lot of ensuing laughter. He was a big part of my career when I moved into Labor Relations in 1972. My deepest sympathy to Teresa and the entire Lipe family. Mike Taubitz

I was very blessed to have had him in my life. I truly loved him.

I am deeply saddened to learn of your loss. My wife Nancy and I had the pleasure of working with Terry at Flint Engine. We appreciated his cheerful, optimistic and respectful approach to people, regardless of the situation or who was involved. We left the plant many years ago and lost touch with Terry, but reconnected a few years ago with Bill Fox and Terry. Ironically, Terry and Nancy shared the same fate in their Alzheimer´s experience.
