Not sure what to say?

It's hard to believe that three years have passed since Mr. Pancoast's passing. Every time I think about it, I feel a deep sadness-especially knowing I never had the chance to attend his funeral and express how much he meant to me and the entire northeast Portland community. I first met Terry in the late '90s when he and his first wife, Diane, became sponsors for 77 fourth-grade students at Vernon Elementary School through the IHAD (I Have A Dream) program. From the start, it was clear that...

I wish I had know Terry better and longer. We often had similar tee times at WVCC and we would always exchange, what felt like, sincere greetings and wishes for the day. My boss of 32 years, Gordon Keane, knew Terry as both were active serving their alma mater, Whitman College. I did not know of that connection until I read Terry's obituary. I regret that in that it would have spurred conversations on the course. My exchanges with Terry indicated a kind thoughtful man. My thoughts and...

Warm Embrace Arrangement

Pam, so sorry to hear of Terry's passing. It was lovely to bump into you over the holiday. Know your friends at True West share their condolences and will remember Terry as a kind and thoughtful man.

I will always remember Terry's generosity of time, interest, and thoughtfulness. I always appreciated the conversations.

What a legacy! May his memory and life continue to shine in your hearts

He was my Grandpa, and I am sad to lose him. However, I can and will keep going in his wake the way he would have wanted me to.

I am very saddened to learn of Terry's passing. He was a wonderful man and mentor; the obituary says it all. He will be missed.

I was blessed reading Terry´s obituary knowing that my cousin Pam was married to a wonderful man who was so accomplished and contributed to the welfare of others in so many different ways. I never met Terry but admire his work ethic and devotion to family. I´m so glad Terry and Pam found each other and had some wonderful years together. My sincere condolences to Pam and the rest of his family. May his life inspire us all to "love one another as God has loved us" John 13: 34-35
