Not sure what to say?

To Dr Scanlon's family,
I met him very, very early in my quest to treat patients and families based on a strong commitment to whole-person, family-centered care (I'm Dr Gibaldi's neice). I am sorry to hear of your loss. Please know that for all who encouraged us along our way, we all strive to pay it forward.
Be well. I wish you peace.

Dr. Scanlon was my mothers physician who she dearly loved. He compassionately guided her through her medical issues. He was her golden boy. She will welcome him to heaven. He was truly a good man and he will be missed by many of the patients he extended his healing gift to help on earth. Now he will be in heaven. In deepest sympathy to his family and friends on their present loss. God-willing, we will meet him again.

My family doc for 35 years. Great caring physician. Will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to the family

Dr. Scanlon was an amazing man. He was my doctor for 20 years. He took the time to listen and help in so many ways.
Rest In Peace and prayers for his family. He truly made a difference in this world and will be missed.

We are so sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Scanlon. I do remember his fondness for Frankie Valli and he kept us in stitches with his jokes at the office! We were able to see Pat & Terry last year when we past them at the airport, didnt know it would be the last time. Please accept our sincere condolences. Godspeed

Sincerely,
Rick & Marianne Posatiere

Terry,[ I called him Doc, also], were best friends for many years thru high school and college, and many years after that. Saw on RRHS website he had just passed. Can't believe he is gone. Deepest sympathies to Patty and the rest of his family. Another classmate who will be in my prayers!

Dear Scanlon Family -

My deepest sympathies for your tremendous loss. I was saddened to hear of Dr. Scanlon's passing. I rotated with him several times during medical school and actually very recently mentioned him when speaking with a former patient of his private practice. I always learned a lot and enjoyed his rotations because we were so busy, and it gave me lots of experience with basic office-based procedures. No doubt I am a better physician today for the valuable...

Patty & Family,
Memories of years ago is what I have of Terry. From Rocky River High, best man at our wedding, visiting you and your family in Mansfield, your visit to us in Florida and our last trip to Cleveland. Terry was so kind, funny, compassionate and always with a smile. The last picture I have is the trip you made to Florida to see us in 1973. I will always treasure those memories! My prayers are for you and all your family. Blessings, Barb

The world lost a sweet soul on Saturday... He was our family physician for 30 years until he retired... He was always there for us when we needed him.. Such a kind, gentle doctor with a great sense of humor. We love you and miss you... Rest in peace Dr. Scanlon... ❤ A memorial tree honoring the life of Dr. Scanlon is being planted at Kentuky Lake by Linda and Greg Hayes
