Not sure what to say?

T. Fred,
I will always remember you as the person you were to me and countless others. The most caring and giving brother anyone could want to have. I too miss your e-mails and sense of humor, but I know you are making Mom smile and laugh once again.
Love you,
Tony

I always looked forward to seeing an e-mail from him. They were only small ones and most of them, well, all of them were replies to jokes I sent. One, of course, was not a joke. It was an e-mail saying that no matter how you rearrange the letters in a word as long as the first and last letter stay in their places then you can always figure out what the word is. Lkie tihs. We have temporarily lost a great friend and a kind spirit. Fred and I served together in the 19th. We attended electronics school together at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. I have a great photo of the two of us in our green berets. I do miss him. Let me know where to send a copy.

I think I speak for everyone that this should NEVER have happened to such a great friend, brother, son, and uncle. I miss him as much as the next person and wish he was still here. He is in a better place now, catching up with all the people who love him. I will always remember him, always miss him, always think about him and love him dearly. And I will always remember his Karate moves.
My heart goes out to all those who were saddened by this death of Terry Fred (T. Fred) Asay. Or to...

Janis, I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that you and the family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Fred, your warm sense of humor and wry outlook on life were as comforting as the daily loaves of bread you shared with us here at work in Park City. You will be missed.
