Not sure what to say?

My heart goes out to her daughter, Lisa Maestas White and her family. I don't know if you, Lisa, will remember me, but we were in the IHS Class of '77. A family friend passed away and I noticed that your mother had passed away while signing the book for him. So sorry to read of your loss.

I offer my sincere sympathy to the Maestas family. JoAnn was a lovely lady with a beautiful heart. I so enjoyed my years of taking piano lessons with her.

JoAnn's childhood home was two houses away from my grandparents on the Old Garden Valley Road. We knew each other as small children. I remember her as a beautiful girl, who was very smart, very talented as a pianist, and a kind and sweet person. She and her husband Joe came by my home in Tyler in '62 when my mother died, and that kindness I shall always remember. My condolences to her family in your time of great loss. Dean Sanders

JoAnn was a high school classmate and friend. My sympathies to her family and friends and particularly to Ronnie and Bettye whom I have known for many years. I know the class of '56 joins me in wishing you all good thoughts in your time of grief.

My deepest sympathy to the Maestas family.May JoAnn rest in peace.

My deepest sympathy to your whole family. Please know of my continued prayers for you, and be reminded of how loved JoAnn was and how special she was to each of us.

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
