Read MoreI worked with Terry at the Winnebago County Jail for many years. I am very sad to hear of his passing. My memories of Terry are all good. He always had a joke to tell me. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone. Although I haven't seen him in many years, I will always remember him in that uniform telling me a funny joke or two. RIP my friend. To the family, I am very sorry for your loss.
