Mr. Crown always dressed so nice, he wore those nice black dress pants, a crisp white shift and black fancy (Wingtips). Mr. Crown had the darkest hair, was soft spoken and a very kind man.

I knew TC as a student starting in my Sophomore year of high school. A friendship evolved and I was manager of the girls and boys tennis team in 91 and 92. Over the years he teased me but also could easily have serious conversations. I enjoyed his friendship. As friends do, we lost touch and I regret he never knew of my return to church and my love for mission trips to Africa. Being the traveler he was, I believe he would have approved. Very saddened to hear the news about TC, as he was lovingly called. He was such a pivotal part of high school. Tennis and TC! He was a great coach.
