Not sure what to say?

RIP Terry, it was an honour knowing you. Your unique sense of humour along with your vast knowledge on all sorts of topics always kept us entertained. You will be missed by all of us and never forgotten.

A karakia (welcome) for Terry from the Muaopoko tribe. A karakia helps you to reflect on how well you're travelling in your lifes journey.

"Na kua ma tenei-koutou, i te kupu i korerotia, e ahau Kia koutou.
Kia U koutou, i te roto i ahau, me ahau hoki, ki roto Kia koutou"

(John c14- v 3-4)
"You have been made clean already from the teachings I have given you. Remain United to me. And I will remain United to you"

A whakatuaki from the Muaopoko tribe for Terry

"Kua hainga Te Totara, i te Waonui a tane."
The great totara tree has fallen in Tane's great forest

The message it sends is that someone of great mana (power) and of importance to the tribe has passed.

Do Not Stand at my Grave and Weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft star-shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there. I did not die.
I love you with all my heart Terry and you will always be with me...

To Jo and family, sending our love and sincere condolences, we are thinking of you, Geeta and family.

I will miss you forever, brother.

Jeez Mate, I hear that was a bit of a tough one. Would have loved to have said goodbye but you had your loving daughters and Jo with you. Catch you for a yarn up there one day!Lots of love Jo.

Dear Jo and family. We are both thinking of you during this difficult time and sending you lots of love. Terry was a fighter and a great inspiration; he's at peace now.

John and Lisa Cregan.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss Jo. I hope you find comfort with your family and friends at this sad time. Sherylle Baker
