Not sure what to say?

I am a high school classmate who lost touch with Terry. I wish we had kept in contact.

Thank you all for your kind thoughts. My family is still reeling from this sudden and painful loss. Over 400 people came to my dad's funeral. . . it was comforting to be surrounded by so many others who loved him. He was my dad and my best friend. I miss him every day.

Ruby, Carl and Family,
Terry was a dear friend of the Petak family. Eight years my senior, Terry began a newspaper route, passed it to Carl, who then passed it to me. Know that we will always remember his kindness, friendship, and warm personality. He helped to encourage this young Jewish boy to do the right things in life.

G-d Bless,
Reed and Anne Petak

While we did not speak often, your influence in my life has been great. I am blessed to have your daughter Alicia as my best friend, and I have to believe that her kind-heartedness and srength is a result of the man who raised her. I am saddened that Kayla will not directly know you, but know that she will be constantly reminded of how much her grandfather loved her.

We will miss you running by the house and your company

Terry, you were a wonderful man with a heart of gold...You will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved you.

Dad... Kayla and I miss you so very much. You were everything to us. I really hope you are up there with grandma and telling her all about kayla. You were the most wonderful father anyone could ever ask for.

Ralph and I will miss Terry so very much. He was a wonderful person and good friend. Our sincere sympathy to his family.

Terry, I will miss your hearty laugh, your love for the Yankees, our talks about the good Italian food you would eat at the San Gennaro Feast and the Double Bubble gum we used to share. I am very sad......
