Hi Terry Frost, this is Jose Diaz. I can't believe I found you through my research online. I feel emotional because you were my first teacher at Eloy Head Start in elementary school, where I began learning with both deaf and hearing students. That experience shaped me in so many ways, and I was later referred to ASDB after much advocacy from my parents and family. I truly appreciate you for teaching me, especially the lesson of pinning the balloon over seven days-each student had their turn,...

Terry will always be remembered as a good friend while working at ASDB. We shared so many interesting and enjoyable stories together while working and while raising our daughters during those years. She always glowed with energy and excitement whenever you were in her presence. She was passionate about everything she did and it showed. The news of her passing was heartbreaking. Terry will be sorely missed by so many. My deepest condolences to Marc, Megan and Cara. Terry was a beautiful person.

Terry was a kind and gentle soul and a KU friend. Memories of her are special! My best to your family.

Terry will always be remembered for her enthusiasm and kindness. Her classroom was always a pleasure to walk into ... sometimes filled with lovely chaos - always filled with a sense of wonder and joy. It was a privilege to work with and learn so much from her. My sincere sympathy to her family and loved ones. Continue her legacy of lovingkindness in the world.

Single Memorial Tree

Terry was one of the kindest teacher I had the pleasure to work with. She was a valuable asset to the students attending the TROT program through ASDB. Interpreting books read to students during special end of year events. Terry always went above and beyond!

Single Memorial Tree

I know Terry from Chaverim, U of A, and ASDB. One of the most gifted teachers with whom I've ever worked...She was a sought-after cooperating teacher by U of A faculty in deaf ed. as she guided future teachers by her model of competence and creativity, and her encouraging feedback. I cherished having her as a colleague. Most of all, she was a genuinely kind and caring person. I am saddened to hear this news and send my sincere condolences to her family. I know her memory is a blessing that...
