Gieseke, Terry A. (née Mueller), asleep in Jesus, Wednesday, July 30, 2025. Beloved wife of Raymond H. Gieseke; dearest mother of Matthew (Heather) Gieseke and Kevin (Laura) Gieseke; dearest grandmother of Haley, Kaden, Asher, Mary Elisabeth, Henry and Anneliese Gieseke; loving daughter of the late Tom and Betty Mueller; dear sister of Steve Mueller and Marcia (Kevin) Quint; sister-in-law of Carolyn (the late Max) Penner, Marsha (Denzil) Maples and Pam (Greg) Vernon; our dear aunt, cousin and friend of many.
Terry was an artist at heart. Having earned her degree in fine art, she owned and operated an advertising firm with her husband, Ray. The firm, TGR, had high-profile clients around the St. Louis area including the St. Louis Steamers soccer team and South County Mall. She transitioned to a sales and marketing focus and broke into another passion of hers, food science, with a focus on protein. She was so well respected within this field that she was asked to write technical briefs for industry magazines and publications. She was looked to as an expert in the field and was highly recruited. Showcasing her creativity, she even wrote and published a children’s book.
She was an excellent wife and mother, always having time for her family. She ran cub scout troops, booster clubs, and never missed a sporting event for her two sons. She opened her home for events and parties that impacted so many lives.
She was a fantastic Grandmother to 6 grandchildren. She will be remembered as a woman of faith who has been welcomed home to her place with Christ.
