I am so sorry to hear of Terry's passing. I worked at CDC when Terry was at the HHS Department. Under Terry's leadership HHS implemented the Unified Financial Management System-the largest civilian financial management system at the time. I don't believe we would have been successful without Terry's leadership. He truly made any project fun while challenging all of us to give our best. He was a loyal friend to me and to CDC. After we both retired we remained friends. Terry was one of...

Terri was a remarkable person. Despite the toughest of starts in life, he went on to get a good education and ultimately rose to the very height of the senior senior civil service with the United States government. After that he went on to have a successful career in the private sector. In recent years I was lucky enough to spend a lot of time with Terry and...

Since my retirement and relocation to Myrtle Beach I've had the pleasure of learning to play...

Ill always remember Terry for his warmth and kindness. He always had a smile on and a kind word to say. I enjoyed my time with Terry as we sat together and enjoyed a burboun and cigar. My deepest condolences to you Sonia and your family.

Terry lit up every room he was in. Whether we were grinding through projects at HHS, laughing after late nights at Deloitte, cheering at Virginia Tech games, playing golf on sunny afternoons, or hanging out at Terry´s summer parties, we always had a blast together. Terry turned everyday moments into memories I´ll never forget and he was a true friend and mentor to me. I´m so grateful for the laughs, the talks, the friendship, and the mentorship that we shared. I´ll carry Terry´s memory with...
